Stunning extra-huge version available here.

Yes, we have more of our endless series of Holiday Dreams on Ice picspam! But first, let's check in with our favorite newlyweds:

Johnny Weir @ Official Johnny Weir Blog.

They're in this week's People magazine!

(Issue dated January 16, 2012--click twice for full-size view.)

It's a shorter version of the online article,

a nicely done, matter-of-fact announcement--

just like for any couple. #progress

Victor was generous with the twitpics while they were vacationing (thank you, Victor!!). Here are two of my faves:

Victor tweeted this photo

on Saturday....

...and this one on Sunday.

For more pics from Punta Cana,

please see Victor's and Johnny's Twitter pages. ♥

They arrived home safely on Sunday, and spent Monday moving. (For a refresher on how much Johnny enjoys moving, please see Be Good Johnny Weir, Season 1, episode 4, from about 1:10 to 3:17, and review selected quotes from the episode on The Quotable Johnny Weir. Then light a candle and join Patti in her whispered chant, "Well, he's all yours, Victor. Good luck...")

All we know about the move as of this writing is:

01/09/2012.

12:51 p.m.

So here's hoping that, fueled by caffeine and grilled Mexican fare, they were able to complete their move with a minimum of Johnny lying on the floor bitching...

Be Good Johnny Weir,

Season 1, episode 4.

Quote of the Day:

If I close my eyes, I can see Johnny packing up his belongings (he's on his 100th box), while Victor shakes his head in awe. Having packed his toothbrush and entire wardrobe into an overnight bag, Victor is pondering his chances of getting any drawer space or an occasional clothes hanger. Good thing "Love conquers all "... even closet space. ♥

(LOL.)

And with that, let's tiptoe quietly away and enjoy the second half of the picspam from HDOI's "Rumour Has It/Someone Like You"...

Two things:

(1) Yes, I realize that this was actually a group number, but somehow our photo collection doesn't really reflect that. Although all the skaters were wonderful.

(2) May I just say with no small amount of mom pride that this photo series is one of the best I believe Davey has ever done. And that will hold true until you see his Ave Maria collection from HDOI...

As always, please click any photo twice for full-size view. Super hi-res versions are available for some photos as noted.

Super hi-res version here.

I love how the spotlights cause the sparkles

on his costume to be reflected on his face.

Super hi-res here.

Nominate Johnny Weir for a social media award in the Shorty Awards!

Hey, Johnny's been nominated for a Shorty Award!! You can join in on the nominating process by clicking here and tweeting your vote for Johnny. Most fans are voting for him in the "Athlete" category.

Note: The Shorty Awards have very specific rules, which essentially boil down to this:

(1) You can only nominate him ONCE from each Twitter account that you have. Additional votes from the same account will NOT be counted. So it's one of those deals where we need a LOT of different people to vote, rather than a few people voting a lot.

(2) Your nominating tweet MUST include a reason (for example: "I nominate @JohnnyGWeir for a Shorty Award in #athlete because he inspires his fans to believe in themselves"--thanks @PatinaGlace!).

(3) You must NOT copy someone else's reason in your vote.

All righty then.

The nominating period ends February 17--please vote vote vote!! For more info, click here.

Improv-Ice is THIS SUNDAY,
January 15, at 4 pm EST / 3 pm CST on NBC!!

Johnny performs to LMFAO's "Sexy and I Know It,"

and Styx' "Grand Illusion"--and viewers at home

get to vote to determine which skater

did the best job improvising a program

to the songs chosen for them!!

PLEASE VOTE for Johnny!
