Gosh these photos are beautiful, you and Patti must be so proud of your sons. And that really is a stupendous costume. I know I shouldn't, but I really like the little flash of skin where the top has ridden up on Johnny's hip.

Johnny skates with his soul and emotions. Patti must be so pleased at this tribute. From time to time I think about Patti and John as parents. I wonder how I measure up as a mom and then resolve to do better.

Love these photos and the spirit captured by them. Especially the expressions in Johnny's hands. I'm reminded of Alfred Stieglitz's photos of Georgia O'Keefe's hands.

wish i could see Johnny and Cazwell on Friday, but since i'm on the west coast i'm just gonna wear my brand new Glitter & Ice dazzleglass that night in Johnny's honor.
