Here Are a Bunch of Pics of Johnny Sitting at a Table. You're Welcome.

Even just preparing to take his seat at a press conference, he’s lovely.

So among the enormous backlog of photos languishing in my computer gathering virtual dust was this beautiful series from Elena Vasileva of Johnny at the Snow King press conference, held after the show’s debut in Moscow back in early December. I ran a few of these then, but here at last are the rest of them.

Because It's Monday...

Fabulous #FBF: Johnny in Vogue Nippon

Johnny enjoying dinner in Japan with a surprise guest.

Once upon a time in September Johnny went to Japan to do a thing with Vogue Nippon which I randomly remembered and so I went digging around for pics and was thrilled to find that I had them in pleasingly large sizes and so here we are.

As we look forward to Johnny’s NBC commentary, the following brief clip is both touching and amazingly prophetic.

If you’re as heartily sick of snow and windchills and ice and more snow as I am, do join me in this lovely oasis and let’s not return until it’s at least spring which according to today’s Chicago forecast will be about six months from now . . .

Kayso actually I wasn’t even going to blog today because I’m still working on part 2 of the St. Petersburg series that was supposed to be posted next but when you’re presented with an overwhelming array of photos of a masked Johnny communicating mostly with his smiling eyes to adoring Japanese fans, you have to blog those.

So on this final day of 2014, a year which I personally have been ready to escort firmly to the door since about April, and thus I have spent the last eight months or so muttering as I wake every day to find yet more 2014 glaring balefully at me: “Oh. You’re still here...,” I am pleased to present the photos that I should have posted like three months ago but could never pull together since because 2014.

Kayso yes, there’s a ton of picspam below, but first let’s talk about all the end-of-year accolades pouring in for Johnny because that makes me super-happy (and a happy Binky is one that just keeps merrily adding yet more photos to this post...):
